Our founders bring over 25 years of experience spanning Information Technology, healthcare analytics, surgical robotics data optimization, sports and recreation, and business operations consulting. This background includes years of athlete assessment across youth, professional, and elite environments, combined with deep expertise in operational strategy and advanced analytics.
Our founders were among the few who pioneered the integration of sports performance data directly into training programs—before it was trendy, before it was expected. By combining timing systems with emerging movement data, we built smarter, more adaptive athletes, and the results spoke loud: faster development, better game outcomes, and competitors forced to level up just to keep pace.
In 2015, our leadership helped launch and scale one of the fastest-growing youth sports clubs in Westchester County, NY. That momentum led to the creation of a mall-based sports performance lab—an unconventional move at the time—that integrated sport-specific technologies with holistic performance data. What began as athlete development quickly revealed something bigger: the systemic limitations holding organizations back from scaling with clarity, consistency, and intelligence.
